Official Rules
NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR PAID MEMBERSHIP IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT, PAID MEMBERSHIP, OR REFERRAL CONVERSION WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING RELATIVE TO AN EQUIVALENT NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE MAIL-IN ENTRIES. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
These Official Rules govern the DoMORE 5th Anniversary Referral Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of DoStuff Media, Inc., which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
1. Sponsor

2. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins on May 6, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on May 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (the “Promotion Period”).
Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, extend the Promotion Period by up to two weeks, through June 14, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time, by posting notice of the extension on the official Sweepstakes page at domorestuff.com before the original end of the Promotion Period. If Sponsor does not post such notice before the original end of the Promotion Period, the Sweepstakes will end on May 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time.
Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who are at least eighteen years old at the time of entry.
The Sweepstakes is void in Rhode Island, outside the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and any other parties involved in the development, administration, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, and each of their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter or win. For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family members” means spouse, domestic partner, parent, child, sibling, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside. “Household members” means people who share the same residence, whether or not related.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes.
A. Referral Entry Method
During the Promotion Period, an eligible active DoMORE member may receive one entry for each eligible referral that converts into a paid DoMORE membership.
An “Eligible Referral” means a person referred to DoMORE through Sponsor’s designated referral process during the Promotion Period who:
- is not already a current paid DoMORE member at the time of referral;
- receives a free one-month DoMORE trial;
- completes the free trial; and
- is successfully charged for the first paid month of DoMORE membership by July 21, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time.
Each Eligible Referral that satisfies these requirements will result in one Sweepstakes entry for the referring DoMORE member.
Referral entries must be tracked and verified through Sponsor’s systems. Sponsor is not responsible for referrals that are not properly tracked due to incorrect referral links, technical problems, user error, fraud, account duplication, or any other reason. Referrals created through fraudulent, automated, deceptive, abusive, or artificial means are void.
If a referred person’s first paid charge is declined, refunded, reversed, charged back, cancelled, or determined by Sponsor to be fraudulent or invalid before the winner is selected, the corresponding referral entry may be disqualified.
There is no limit on the number of eligible referral entries an entrant may receive.
B. Free Mail-In Entry Method
To enter without making a purchase, becoming a paid member, referring anyone, or having any referred person become a paid member, hand-print the following information on a postcard:
- full name;
- email address;
- phone number;
- mailing address;
- date of birth; and
- the words “DoMORE Referral Sweepstakes.”

Each eligible postcard will count as one Sweepstakes entry. Each postcard must be mailed separately. There is no limit on the number of eligible mail-in entries an entrant may submit, but each mail-in entry must be submitted on a separate postcard.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of the Promotion Period and received by Sponsor no later than July 21, 2026. If Sponsor extends the Promotion Period, mail-in entries must be postmarked by the extended final day of the Promotion Period and received by Sponsor no later than July 21, 2026.
No mechanically reproduced, automated, photocopied, bulk, third-party, incomplete, illegible, late, postage-due, lost, misdirected, damaged, or fraudulent mail-in entries will be accepted. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt. All mail-in entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
5. Entry Conditions
Entrants may enter through both entry methods, subject to these Official Rules.
All entries must be received, verified, and deemed eligible by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or entry that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, violates these Official Rules, tampers with the entry process, creates or uses false accounts, submits fraudulent referrals, abuses the referral program, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.
The use of automated devices, scripts, bots, macros, or any other automated means to enter or generate referrals is prohibited.
6. Prize
One winner will receive $5,000.00 USD cash.
The prize will be awarded by company check or ACH transfer, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, after the potential winner has completed all required verification, tax, and release documentation.
The prize is non-transferable before award. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, local, and other taxes, fees, and costs associated with acceptance and use of the prize. Sponsor will issue a Form 1099-MISC or other required tax documentation for the prize as required by applicable law. The IRS identifies Form 1099-MISC as the form used for reporting prizes and awards, among other payment types.
7. Winner Selection
On or about July 31, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received and verified in accordance with these Official Rules.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification and Verification
Sponsor will notify the potential winner by email using the email address associated with the selected entry or, for referral entries, the email address associated with the entrant’s DoMORE account.
The potential winner must respond within five business days after Sponsor sends the notification email. The potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, IRS Form W-9, and any other documents reasonably required by Sponsor within the time period specified by Sponsor.
If the potential winner does not respond within the required time, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, fails to complete required documentation, refuses the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries.
A potential winner is not the official winner unless and until Sponsor has verified eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor and its designees the right to use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, prize information, and statements about the Sweepstakes for advertising, publicity, promotional, and other commercial purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.
10. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be collected and used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at:

By entering, entrants consent to Sponsor’s collection and use of their information for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, verifying eligibility, awarding the prize, complying with legal obligations, and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s privacy policy.
11. DoMORE Terms
Use of DoMORE is subject to the DoMORE Terms of Service, available at:

In the event of a conflict between these Official Rules and the DoMORE Terms of Service solely with respect to the administration of this Sweepstakes, these Official Rules will control.
12. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, legal requirements, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity, administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.
If the Sweepstakes is cancelled or terminated, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select the winner in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received before the cancellation or termination.
Sponsor reserves the right to correct typographical, clerical, or technical errors in Sweepstakes materials, provided that any correction does not materially alter the terms of the Sweepstakes after the Promotion Period begins.
Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
13. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, delayed, damaged, stolen, postage-due, or undeliverable entries; technical failures; failed referral tracking; incorrect or inaccurate entry information; email delivery problems; spam filtering; or any other errors or problems of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, network, computer, typographical, printing, or otherwise.
14. Disputes
Except where prohibited by law, the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules must be brought individually, and not as part of any class action or other representative proceeding, in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Travis County, Texas.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants waive any right to seek punitive, incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, and entrants waive any right to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
15. Winner List
