Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: March 9, 2026
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the submission of content by members ("Creators," "you," or "your") to the DoMORE Creator Program (the "Program"). By submitting content to the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not submit content to the Program.
1. Eligibility
To participate in the DoMORE Creator Program, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. You must be a registered member in good standing of the DoMORE platform. DoMORE reserves the right to verify eligibility and to deny or revoke participation at any time, at its sole discretion.
2. Content Submission
By submitting content (including but not limited to text, images, photographs, videos, audio, graphics, and other creative materials, collectively referred to as "Content") to the Program, you represent and warrant that:
(a) You are the sole creator and owner of the Content, or you have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to submit it and to grant the rights described herein.
(b) The Content does not infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other rights of any third party.
(c) The Content does not contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, unlawful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable as determined by DoMORE in its sole discretion.
(d) The Content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including but not limited to advertising standards and disclosure requirements.
3. License Grant
By submitting Content to the Program, you grant DoMORE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such Content in whole or in part, in any media, format, or platform now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to:
(a) DoMORE's official social media channels (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and any future platforms).
(b) The DoMORE website, mobile application, and any related digital properties.
(c) Email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
(d) Print and digital advertising, point-of-sale materials, and out-of-home media.
(e) Presentations, trade shows, events, and press materials.
This license shall survive the termination or expiration of your participation in the Program.
4. Attribution
DoMORE may, but is not obligated to, provide attribution to you when using your Content. The form and manner of any attribution shall be at DoMORE's sole discretion. You agree that the absence of attribution shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.
5. Content Review and Approval
Submission of Content does not guarantee that it will be selected for use in the Program. DoMORE reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or request modifications to any Content at its sole discretion. DoMORE may remove or cease using any Content at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability to you.
6. Compensation
Unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate written agreement, participation in the Program and submission of Content is voluntary and does not entitle you to any compensation, payment, or benefits. Any compensation arrangements will be outlined in a separate Creator Agreement between you and DoMORE.
7. Moral Rights
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any and all moral rights you may have in the Content, including but not limited to the right of attribution and the right of integrity. Where moral rights cannot be waived, you agree not to assert such rights against DoMORE or its licensees.
8. Representations and Warranties
You represent and warrant that: (a) you have full power and authority to enter into these Terms and to grant the rights described herein; (b) the Content is original to you and does not incorporate any third-party materials without proper authorization; (c) the use of the Content as contemplated by these Terms will not require DoMORE to obtain any additional licenses, permissions, or consents; and (d) you have obtained written releases from any individuals who appear in or are identifiable in the Content.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DoMORE, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your Content; (c) any claim that your Content infringes or violates any third-party rights; or (d) your participation in the Program.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DoMORE shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Program, or the use of your Content, regardless of the theory of liability.
11. Confidentiality
You agree to keep confidential any non-public information related to the Program, including but not limited to program details, compensation structures, communications with DoMORE, and any proprietary information shared with you in connection with your participation. This obligation shall survive the termination of your participation in the Program.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time by providing written notice to the other party. DoMORE may also terminate your participation immediately and without notice if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted herein with respect to Content submitted prior to termination shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
13. Modifications to Terms
DoMORE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the DoMORE platform, and your continued participation in the Program following such posting constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in [City, State]. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees.
15. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with any separate Creator Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and DoMORE with respect to the subject matter hereof. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. DoMORE's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of DoMORE.
