Notice of Financial Incentive

Eligible new DoMORE members can receive a complimentary pair of tickets to an upcoming eligible event.

To receive the tickets, you must:

1. Provide your email address through the promotional signup;
2. Agree to receive marketing communications from DoMORE and the venue or promotional partner identified in the offer (the “Partner”);
3. Create a DoMORE account; and
4. Enroll in the DoMORE trial presented on the following signup page.

Providing your email address alone does not entitle you to tickets. After completing the required DoMORE trial enrollment, you are guaranteed a pair of tickets to an eligible upcoming event. Availability for any particular event is not guaranteed.

The Offer is limited to eligible new DoMORE members and may be used only once per person. DoMORE accounts, trials, memberships, and tickets are also subject to the DoMORE Terms of Service, including restrictions on maintaining multiple accounts and reselling tickets.

The applicable trial length, subscription price, automatic-renewal terms, and cancellation instructions will be displayed before you enroll in the DoMORE trial. Unless canceled in accordance with those terms, the trial may automatically convert into a paid DoMORE membership.

When you participate, DoMORE collects your email address and information about your interaction with the promotional signup.

By affirmatively continuing through the signup, you direct and authorize DoMORE to provide your email address to the Partner identified in the offer. DoMORE and the Partner may each use your email address to send their own marketing communications.

DoMORE and the Partner independently manage their respective marketing communications and privacy practices. The Partner’s use of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.

If you continue and enroll in a DoMORE trial, DoMORE will also collect the account, membership, payment, ticket-selection, and redemption information needed to provide and administer the trial, membership, and ticket benefit. That information is handled as described in the DoMORE Privacy Policy.

DoMORE estimates that your email address and associated permission to send marketing communications have an average value of approximately $1 to DoMORE.

This estimate is based on the average cost DoMORE incurs to acquire a comparable, valid email subscriber through paid digital advertising. DoMORE calculates this value by dividing the advertising costs associated with email-subscriber acquisition campaigns by the number of valid, unique subscribers generated through those campaigns.

The Partner may derive additional independent value from its ability to communicate with you. That value varies by Partner and is not included in DoMORE’s estimate.

The cost and retail value of the complimentary tickets vary by event. The tickets generally come from limited promotional inventory, and the cost of providing them may be lower than their stated retail value. DoMORE believes the Offer is reasonably related to the value of the information because your email subscription allows DoMORE and the identified Partner to develop an ongoing marketing relationship with you.

Participation is voluntary.

You opt in by entering your email address and affirmatively continuing through the promotional signup after reviewing the disclosures presented with the Offer.

To earn the complimentary tickets, you must then create a DoMORE account and complete the qualifying DoMORE trial enrollment.

You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications at any time.

To stop receiving DoMORE marketing communications, use the unsubscribe link in any DoMORE marketing email or contact privacy-complaints@dostuffmedia.com.

To stop receiving the Partner’s marketing communications, use the unsubscribe link in an email sent by the Partner or contact the Partner directly. Because DoMORE and the Partner maintain separate marketing lists, you may need to unsubscribe from each independently.

Withdrawing your marketing consent will not affect tickets you have already earned or received. However, withdrawing before completing the required DoMORE trial enrollment means you will not have satisfied the requirements to earn the tickets.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not automatically cancel a DoMORE trial or paid membership. You must cancel your trial or membership separately using the cancellation process described in the DoMORE Terms of Service.
